We leave with AA next sunday and all i can find is a MYR$40 departure tax.
You've asked a very good question that i have wondered as well.
I am assuming (which is something you should never do lol)if you are catching a connecting flight onto Bali and not going through customs then you wouldn't have to pay it.
As we are staying in KL before going onto Surabaya, i am now wondering if we have to pay the MYR40 (departure tax for international flights)on the way over (to Surabaya) and again on the way back from KL (to Gold Coast).
ANd also the Bali one too!!!
