At the top level (departures) passengers can be dropped off by private car, taxi, or coach. The time is limited (about two minutes or so) and it is patrolled. Your daughter won't be booked but she'll be told to move on if she stays too long. If she leaves her car it will be towed away.
Therefore, just enough time to get your bags out and say a quick goodbye.
