What Tikenz said is pretty accurate. Your best bet would be to create a pdf of the Publisher file, but you will probably need Adobe Acrobat full version [not acrobat reader] to do that and it is pretty expensive. An option would be to find a Prepress Bureau that will take the job on, and paying them to convert it to Acrobat for you, and at the same time make sure the pics and type are all in CMYK colour space. My company deals with Publisher files that have been converted to pdf on a regular basis and YES, they are horrible time consuming jobs that nobody really likes! But you CAN get a result with a bit of effort.
Your other option is to get somebody in Oz to set it up for you for a fee in the correct format to print correctly. The finished job will probably look more professional.

I must admit that I am a big fan of the Keep printing In Australia campaign, so it is worth checking prices here. Paper is very heavy, so a box of catalogues will take you way over your allowance unless you post ship them back - and that would cost too! It all depends on how many you need to get printed.
