Went to K.L. in 2000. I am sorry too long ago for the bargaining side. China town was brillant the quality of the clothes were great my husband has still got 3 nike tops that I bought for him they have collars on them and the material is the best, you can just wash them and they dont even need to be ironed. In the malls if I can remember most of them are fixed price. Have a great trip I really enjoyed it there.
