I also have to agree carrefours bakery I believe is definately one of the best ones. It has the best strawberry and custard I have tasted and they have a huge range of different cakes and bread and biscuits. The Gentleman in charge is teaching the balinese bakers the trade and is doing a great job. This will definately be one of my first places to visit when I get to Bali later in the year.
