We now try and go to Thailand during Bali trips as we can get there cheaply and easily using Air Asia.
Love Bangkok but it isnt like Bali at all really.
The people are lovely tho, it is full of interesting and wonderful things to do, is quite cheap to travel around and do things and, as an aside, it is the cleanest city I have been to outside Singapore.
We are going there again in August, and really looking forward to it.
