we are staying there next month for a few nghts and it looks fantastic but our child is 12. I dont think it sounds suitable for toddlers/babies.
From what you are saying I really think interconnecting rooms might be your option. The jayakarta apartments are a bit of a walk to the pool etc. We looked at the privately owned 2br ones a couple of years ago and they were very nice though
We have stayed in the old suite rooms in the melasti which I think were great value for money. But I still think with children your age interconnecting rooms might be the best best
