Not sure what standard you are after or whether you want some hotel type facilities (like a restaurant) but..
Villa Pisang Mas has 2 bedroom bungalows.
Some 2 storey, others on one level eg Villa 9 & Villa C
It also has grassed areas.
It's almost opposite where Puri Damai is heading toward Jln Double 6.
Probably not as flash/new as those already mentioned though.
Kumpul II & III also have 2 bedroom villa/bungalows.
Other options would be a villa or a hotel with 2 rooms/suites for a family
eg Garden View, Kumala Pantai, Melasti Beach Resort,Losari,Hotel Kumala,
Legian Beach Hotel has family rooms or you can get interconnecting bungalows.
Good location etc.
Alam Kul Kul also has villas.
Have just mentioned around Legian but there are others in Seminyak (see link from before)
