I got this information off the forum when we went last year.
Fairy shop
We visited the fairy shop on Poppies Lane 1. We have been there twice before and have always found them the cheapest. Bumblebee outfit was 40 000R, a mermaid outfit was 50 000R. Wands and tiaras were around 15000 to 20000. Also visited the one on Jalan Padma Utara that is much bigger. The same bumblebee outfit was 90 000R there.

The Fairy shop in Poppies 1 was about half way down so i don't think it would matter whether you went from beach end or Jalan Legion end. This shop also had fairy shoes for girls and fairy dreeses for Baby Born and Barbie dolls. It had a good selection.
I found Yellow collection after walking out of poppies 1 lane. Just to the right on the opposite side of the road (obviously not beach end). Didn't think the selection was as big or nice as the poppies lane shop and more expensive.
I didn't go to the Padma Ultra shop as someone on the forum had said this shop was bigger but more expensive than the Poppies lane shop and i was satisfied with our purchases from this shop.
Hope this helps and you can find the shops ok. I had a problem trying to find the yellow collection one day as i walked the wrong way down Jalan legion instead up towards Poppies 1 from Bemo corner!!
My daughter was very pleased when we did find the fairy shops another day. She was also 5 last year and i bought a large fairy dress and medium in a mermaid outfit. She is a petite 5 year old though.
