We stayed at The Patra in Tuban last aug with our boys (3.5 & 19mnths) and found the room set up in Deluxe suite fab. They had a separate living area with fold out couch, dining table, balcony and TV than master bedroom with another TV balcony and bathroom. Was fantastic as able to put kids to bed and have complete freedom in own room.
I know Patra is no where near Legian Seminyak but the set up was great as was the pool and hotel for kids. I haven't stayed at Jayakata but would look into this if I was to stay in Legian. As another poster has already said I would be hesitant to stay in a villa with toddlers as all open roomed and no pool fences in Bali.
