We did change rooms after our 3rd day in Bali, as our neighbours had a baby that was crying constantly, so we went to room 221 which was much better, not sure about ocean views, its a couple of minutes walk to beach, and the other hotels would block the view, most hotels in bali have tea making facilities, just not this one, I checked out the bali garden hotel, and it looks fantastic and it has a kettle weeeeeeeeeee.
