My friend called last night - they have been advised by their travel agent that their package holiday has increased by $220 per person due to the Garuda fuel levy increase. This seems excessive to me, I thought someone posted further down a price increase of $30 per person each way? If they pay before the end of May, there will be no increase applicable. Does this sound correct? They have a two week package, flying Garuda staying at the White Rose in October. Thanks, look forward to some replies!
