Seriously though, Di, how much do you think this ordeal cost you all up (including air upgrades etc)?
For those who have free travel insurance through their credit cards, do you think it's worth taking a copy of the appropriate credit card statement to prove they paid for their airfares by plastic, just in case they need to claim on their insurance?
