i would get to the doctor as soon as possible if i were you. there is apparently a test that can tell you if you have dengue, and also if you have ever had it. you need to find out exactly what type it is, as if there is a recurrence from a new infection later on, you will need to get to the doctor pronto as it CAN be life threatening.
one thing NOT to take is aspirin. this is a blood thinner. dengue can be hemorrhagic so this is the worst thing to take.
another telltale sign of dengue is a rash which usually starts on the torso.
i would still get to a doctor as soon as possible, just for the diagnosis. and, if you have travel insurance, claim it, as well as any loss of earnings.
