the last 3 times with Jetstar which left on time could not complain about Jetstar's service and you know in advance that if you require a meal you pay for it! Flown with Garuda 7 times not a problem until our last trip 2 years ago (took off from Bali in the air approx 1 1/2 hours new there was a problem, was not informed, then told we were returning to Bali as there was a minor technical difficulty!, that problem was one engine failed, the other engine was failing and as we landed one of the wings was on fire!! were not happy with the way Garuda handled this situation, so needless to say we fly with other carriers now!
