Poppies, sentimental favourite (you can get better food elsewhere, but I love the setting), Ma Joly (feel like a millionare sitting at those tables), Kori (love the setting), Drops (great food), Legian Snacks (great cheap food), Indonational (when you need a little dose of home), La Luciola (perfect), Trattoria (good Italian), Gado Gado (great view) and about 20 others! Don't start me on Ubud (the best restaurants are here) or Sanur (The Village, Beach Cafe, Arena).
