It now appears after many phone calls that it is the wholesaler at fault , Garuda is changing over to fully E ticketing and have given the wholesaler( TRAVELSCENE) until the end of the month to issue tickets in the old paper tickets otherwise they will be re booked under the new system.
Now accoding to my TA i can pay in full by the end of the month or my tickets will be rebooked , but get this they can give me the same flight going over but not return only a red eye flight( this is due to that the wholesaler has been allocated all there seats for my old flight)anyway my TA will be on the phone trying sought it all out tomorrow, hope nobody else is in the same boat.
