To be honest a company is unlikely to invest in a new graduate and they also need to demonstrate to the Ministry of Manpower why a foreigner needs to be employed vis a vis a local person who often also has an overseas qualification in order to get the KITAS.
Your best bet would be to look at Australian volunteer sites though again it is unlikely that a position for a new graduate would come up - usually 3+ years experience in your own country required.
You need a short and long term plan if you propose to work outside of Oz.
There are plenty of dodgy places that would take you on...but
