Can anyone tell me what the cut off year for USA notes is, that money changers don't like to take.
Does the same apply for Banks?
I got a refund while i was away recently in US currency and the one hundred dollar note is 1996.
I was going to use it at V.O.A Counter or thry the Money Changer???
