There are villas and small boutique hotels , but I think 3 teenagers would probably like to 'kick about' with others their age.
Have a look at Jayakarta, Kumala Pantai. They are both excellent hotels, with more than 1 pool, right on the beach, close to good restaurants, shopping etc.
