They are encouraging 16 to 20 yr olds. Which is fine if they can behave and hold their drinks and not become idiots annoying all other guests.
My last 4 visits have had young p@##ed out of control children who don't know how to show respect to the staff doing their best to keep all happy. Very embarracing to be of the same nationality. They really do believe they have the god given right to be obnoxious.
Yes every hotel probably has them, but hey encourage it at GVC
