Our experience - two children both with ear infections - one deemed not fit to fly and had to extend our stay (courtesy of travel insurance.
BIMC faxed through all the medical paperwork straight to the travel insurance company.
Insurance co. commented that the paperwork recieved from the BIMC was always spot-on.
Like someone has said though - make sure you have insurance as they are not cheap. A very professional set up though.
We have never missed putting in the aqua ear since!
