We did this in April this year except we stayed 3 nights in Lovina and two in Amed. We hired a driver off the street from Legian to go to Lovina .
In Lovina we used a driver we got through Rambutan Cottages Hotel to take us to Amed.
He asked how we were getting to Sanur and was very happy to meet us three days later in Amed to drive us down to Sanur. He did ask for a deposit (there was a petrol shortage at the time as well)
I couldn't help but think how desperate (or keen) he was to drive all the way from Lovina, pick us up in Amed, drive to Sanur and then drive himself home to Lovina....that's a long day's drive!!!
I'm sure you will have no problem finding a driver in each location to drive you onto the next place.
