If Sinah Indah is on jnl Padma Utara Legian, opp the Melasti it looked ok had a look last Oct very basic air-con'd rooms with tv and bar fridge and basic bathroom, pool was small but very nice, staff seemed very helpful and they have a great laundry service which we used regularly. We didn't try the resturant but heard it was fine. For the price it seemed good value from memory i think it was around 150,000 rupiah per night with breaky included.
