Which are the best bars in Ubud? I spent a few nights at that ex-pat bar up near Neka, which was fun, but many of the others seem a bit quiet. I know Ubud's MEANT to be quiet, but every now and then a bit of action would be fun. Somewhere you could meet other people and maybe even a dance floor or live music.
