Where you use 110v DC appliances, avoid using them in Bali like the plague. Think about it. Conveniences like TV, DVD and VCR, Radio, hair dryers, bedside alarms etc are already supplied. If you have a camera that can only charged on 110v DC (unlikely), just bring or buy extra batteries.
Use the KISS approach (keep it simple, stupid)
