OK if you're in Padma st (the street the indonational is in) go towards the beach direction, turn right at Posers restaurant on the corner, go up about 50-80 metres. It is on your left, and exactly opposite Softcom DVD shop.
It cost me 25 thou rp per day for 20 days. He started at 35 thou, but it would only be that if for shorter time, you could get it for 30 i reckon...
