Jeweller in Kuta Paradiso will make the silver charms and I imagine the gold ones but cannot do some of the other charms. Yes you can buy the braclets there as well. Approximately 30-40 AUD per charm. Other than that, not alot around but lots of very nice fake type ones for about 26,000 rp.
