Almost every 2nd market stall will sell them. They're usually in bright floral colours, but you can get more subdued ones too if you prefer. Usually available in a few sizes. I tend to buy a few in different sizes for different days. Small ones will fit a purse, phone and maybe sunnies, and are often in nice woven style fabrics. I think I paid Rp15000 last year. Bigger shoulder bags in cotton that are lined and usually have a small outsized zipped compartment too. Two sizes from memory, and I think would be between about Rp25000-40000 depending where you buy. There's also similar sized ones in lovely sari type fabrics for about the same price, maybe a little more.
I can't remember exact prices, but don't think I paid much more than $5 for any of them.
