Hi Faybee, Both my husband and I are Qantas Frequent Flyers and we fly to Bali from Perth about 3 times a year. If I had to choose I would and still do prefer to fly with Garuda. When you think about it Garuda flys every day and sometimes twice a day from Perth to Denpasar. How often is it reported that there has been a problem with their service??? Garuda is just fine by us.
