if you are staying in Nusa Dua try out Bali Bistro - on the bypass near the main gate. The food is yummy and the staff are great. I used to go weekly but now maybe only twice a month.
Infact we had lunch at Planet Hollywood today you would think the fajitas there would be good - but at nearly Rp100,000 they werent a patch on Bali Bistro's! But my fave dish there is the pork hotplate.
