You could go to serangan island to see it at the turtle concervation area. They have some big turtle. About the baby one, you may be lucky to see it there. From seminyak to see baby orang utan at the safari marine park, takes about one hour, entry tikect us$ 25. From seminyak to lovina will take about 3 hours to lovina.
