for 2 nights. Lovely place, very peaceful. My Husband , my Sister and I had the two bedroom villa. Basically two rooms with an interconnecting door which we didn't use. We spent the two days just swimming in the pool having massage and toes made pretty. The staff are typically, shy, polite, and very helpful. The owner is the local doctor and his Family live there, and to be honest we thought he was one of the staff plucking chickens swimming with his babies etc.!! We had Putu one of the managers take us for an island tour in the back of the lttle truck! Saw all the sights of Lembongan, the cave house the bridge to Cenniganan (Not how it is spelt) all the seaweed in its many forms!!! and didn't smell as bad as I thought! Breakfast is included and from memory is pancakes and fruit, we did order the big brekky last morning yumm eggs bacon tomatoe great (cost extra but well worth it!!) On our first morning Ketut from the desk came running up to us with two good size lobsters to see if we were interested in buying them !!!! Wow we had them for lunch and the girls in the kitchen prepared them nothing fancy but delicious along with rice and vegtables and a garlic butter sauce (which was minus the garlic!! ) we had dinners as well here, all nice food! They other young guy on the desk is Urip, he is the exception to the shy balinese!! He is quick witted and does not mind telling you about his statues - you will notice the different animals and mermaids and the dolphin fountains into the pool (Which is wonderfully clean and sparkling) And you will also notice when you are met by Urip that he has no hands or forearms! And like anyone before us will be intrigued at the things he does. He is a gem, and when we were there his next challenge was cooking! We would definately return to Tanis in a heartbeat!! Sorry if I have gone on a bit but we really did enjoy our 2 and a half days on Lembongan!!
Also ask about hot water! Our rooms did not have hot water, which really isn't an issue when the weather is hot!.
