Hello HB.
If Nyoman is running the classes at Sate Bali, I would strongly recommend. I think everyone learns something from cooking classes, whether you learn how to use a pestle and mortar, what spices go with what, chopping techniques, stirring, etc.
Nyoman owns Sate Bali and is an executive chef who used to work for the Hyatt chain. We went to classes run by him at Tegal Sari and found him to be entertaining, knowledgible and the food we prepared, helped, watched, was delicious.
Give it a go. Just cause you go to cooking classes, you wont grow man boobs!
