Are family members allowed to accompany you on your business trips and get the same privileges as the APEC card holder? From my reading of the APEC travel handbook the answer is yes they can (subject to carrying birth or marriage certificates) but I haven't spoken to anyone who has actually travelled with their wife in such circumstances and can confirm this.
