It doesn't sound like a nice place when staff moral is so low! I'm concerned about renos not being finished by sept.But,on the other hand the atmosphere is created by the tourists ,so hopefully the GVC is a nice ,fun ,relaxing place to be? I don't think my TA will be happy if I ask to change to another hotel again! Thanks for your replies. Linny
