It is a redone motel like place...about 3 stories in a U around the pool...not much room around the pool... a block back from beach. The rooms though are nice with new type minimal cheerful furnishings... they reopened about 18 months ago. Have good wi fi, good selction of TV channels, fridge and from memory I think they had jug and safe. It is fairly representative of the All Seasons standard. If you can get booking through the usual internet agents or their own website it is heaps cheaper but doesn't include breakfast...usually about $AUD45 per room in off season.
