We have booked with qantas for Oct and have paid for our airfares one and half months ago and if you hadnt paid buy the 9th of may your tickets would cost you extra because of the cost of fuel. Also be aware that garuda are getting quite strick with luggage weights my daughter in -law parents have just come back they were 7 kgs over and were asked to pay excess.
