Whats 5kg of excess luggage worth? I dont know what Air Asia charge for excess, but I recently got hit for US$3 a kilo on Skywest. So even it was US$5 a kilo X 5kg = US$25 or about AUD$30. So $30 on top of your air fare and pay for meals etc. Lets say AUD$50 all up. Do you have to overnight in K L? That will bump the cost up if you do! The question is. Is it still a cheap airfare??
