We have been considering Pat Mase villas as well : they seem quite large and functional, and with a decent price. However, we found out that there is a new villa development very close : Gending Kedis. Just google it and you will find their website. It is more luxurious then Pat Mase and the first reviews I found are raving. Since they are still new, you will be able to get a good rate. Don't mind too much the rates they give on their website, since they are still new and try to attract as much business as possible.
