The shopping centre you are talking about is the Bali collection. The Laguna does have a shuttle bus that leaves the hotel for this place at every quarter past the hour. But its only a 10min walk.
We are staying at the Laguna in a pool access suite room, from May 30th till June 2nd for our honeymoon. I'll do a JBR on my return.
