I also had trouble. In the end I didn't use my autofill option to fill in form. I looked at what was actually on the form to start with and I am pretty sure it goes like this: 61 and then your area code without the 0 and then your phone number. If you use a mobile its 61 and area code, ignore the 0 on your mobile number and then the rest of the mobile.
