we always take cash and our credit cards just in case, although we have never needed to use the cards. Hard to say how much to take as everyone is different, depends on what sort of tours and stuff that you want to do.
When we go there is me, husband and 2 kids, we take 1 case with the bare essentials, and strippy bags to bring our shopping home. Our first stop is Debbies shop (opposite Green Garden) to get some clothes, she is fixed price so no worries about bargaining.
Don't forget to take wetones, Aquim gel, aqua ear and sunscreen.
Most of all relax and have a great time
5 1/2 weeks and we will be there too!!!!!!!!!!
