There has been new regs from Garuda saying booking sixty days in advance is the most you can now, which is now the process. That is nothing to do with what I posted about earlier today!
My "beef" is that we booked and paid a $1000 deposit only to be now told that instead of paying the balance in early July for an August trip we have to pay for all flights but May 3oth! But I have e-mail Garuda at admin@garudaindonesia.info and lodged a formal complaint. I was advised to add my travel agents details which I have!
I have not even had an acknowledgement that they received my e-mail but my travel agent has seen a flurry of activity and so I am watching this space. It appears the more noise you make the more of an allowance will be made for you! Will keep you all posted!
