We stayed at the suites for the last 5 days of our trip in April this year and found having the three bedrooms fantastic with our 5,4 and 1 year old. Catching the shuttle to the beach became a little annoying, especially when you miss it, but as ricky said you can always call a taxi which is pretty cheap. Food at the hotel is horrible so we went out every night and there are some fantastic restaurants around there. Camp Splash, the kids club, is fantastic for the kids (ours are still talking about going back there next year for the water slide). Babysitters are fantastic there, and cheap, if you need them. I don't know if I would want to spend my whole holiday there but it was good for relaxing after all the hustle and bustle of kuta and a great place for kids.
