There is a very helpful phone card stall on Jl Padma/Yudistiri.
Its on the same side as Wayan and Friends, Legian Pub, and before Indo National restaurant (right hand side of road as you walk towards Jl Legian). Opposite Drops area, opposite Lokha Hotel.
Its in a narrow little lane and you will be able to see the board out on the pavement advertising the different sim cards and prices.
They will get your phone up and running and you can purchase recharges as well.
If they are closed, continue walming up Jl Padma and cross over Jl Legian. Walk on the road which is a continuation of Jl Padma and on the right, about 2nd shop, they also sell sim cards, recharges and are very helpful.
