We have had custom-made curtains from Serba Antik.
Very professional interior design shop with fantastic materials.
Excellent workmanship, but you do need to allow enough time for them to send the order to Java for manufacture!
We had some large see-through curtains made and they are perfect.
The range is enormous for curtains and large 3 metre drops.
Fabrics are really lovely.

The curtains are manufactured in Java, which cost 160,000 Rp per drop (June 2006), which includes the sewing and top tape.
It cost us about $A250 for two huge curtains.
Just take correct measurements with you.
