operates at the moment out of gold coast queensland they are a point to point no frills budget airline ,it took me a while to find my way around the site but now OK your best booking over the net, so must have a credit card ready you select your flight at the moment there s only gold coast and the only place you can fly to is Kualla lumpar point to point ok then you have to book a ticket to eg;kl / bali ,,,KL is the hub of most flights around asia ,,,,get used to the site and have some fun checking out prices for thailand /vietnam/china... right now as I write the price on most weekdays is $0.00 a 2 day sale pay now fly next year.. as you go through the site and book ,,the last thing before you pay it lets you know what the taxes and the true fare will be/for example there is a red alert 2 day sale which ends tomorrow for travel 12th jan to 31st april2009 and must be paid for tomorrow ;;;;fare for that I worked out,, eg 10th march /return 22nd march 2009 $402.00 return
last week I booked a sale price,, gold coast/kul/bali/kul/gold coast $1100 for me and wife and to answer the question air asia is a true blue airline
