Can anyone please tell me how far the sea rock wall is progressed to at present. I was staying at the Bintang last Oct. and plan to stay at the Bali Garden Beach Resort this Oct. wondered if we would experience much noise disruption if it is to be under construction at that hotel's beach access point. If anyone is currently there now could you please give me an update on the wall's progress so far and how far you think it will be built?
