A helmet bought oversea's is unlikely to have the red ticks, the aussie seal of approval.
What kind of helmet are you after? I work in a bikeshop and we have some on special at the moment :) (Kewdale, WA)
Other than that, sorry I don't know of any shops, but would be interested to have a look at some when I go over this October :)
